Mainland France
For delivery in mainland France, if you are not home, a delivery attempt notice will be left in your letterbox. It will specify the date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel. You must take the delivery attempt notice and a form of ID to the post office to pick up your parcel within 14 days. After this, the parcel will be returned to us.
European Union
For delivery in the European Union, if you are not home, a delivery attempt notice will be left in your letterbox and you can reorganise delivery on the UPS website. Otherwise, the courier will attempt delivery a second time. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be left in a UPS collection point (if there is no collection point near you, UPS will keep the parcel until you ask for it to be delivered again).
United States
For delivery in the United States, if you are not home, the carrier will attempt delivery two additional times. If delivery cannot be made on the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
Rest of World
For all the other territories, you will received a notification from our partner DHL confirming the day and slot of your delivery. You will have the option to amend it directly on DHL portal. If for any reason you are not at home on the day and time provided, DHL will leave you a note and you'll simply have to select a new delivery day on their portal.
