Mainland France
For delivery in mainland France, if you are not home, a delivery attempt notice will be sent via email and SMS and you will have the option to choose a new delivery time slot.
European Union
For delivery in the European Union, if you are not home, awill be sent via email and SMS and you will have the option to reorganise delivery on the DHL website.
United States
For delivery in the United States, if you are not home, the carrier will attempt delivery two additional times. If delivery cannot be made on the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
Rest of World
For all the other territories, you will received a notification from our partner DHL confirming the day and slot of your delivery. You will have the option to amend it directly on DHL portal. If for any reason you are not at home on the day and time provided, DHL will leave you a note and you'll simply have to select a new delivery day on their portal.
