If your order has been notify as "delivered" but you can't locate it or haven't been delivered to you, please complete a declaration of non-receipt form which you can download below.
Once filled out, please send this document, along with a scanned copy of the front and back of your ID, to our customer service team, or directly to serviceclient@eres.fr
We will send these documents to our carrier to open an investigation.
When the latter declares your parcel lost, we will immediately refund you the order total. Our customer service team will keep you informed of the progress of the inquiry and remains available for any questions you may have.
