ERES offers free returns from all destinations.
You have one month as from receipt of the order to declare your return and return the products to us.
Please note that if you have already returned part of your order and wish to make a second return, the shipping costs are payable by you.
To return an item, please proceed as follows:
1- Go to the LOGIN section of the top menu
2- if you placed your order using your customer account, enter your account details and click on login; if you placed your order as a guest, go to the “Track my order” section and enter your order number along with your email address and postcode.
3- access the details about your order and select which items you wish to return as well as the reason for your return. You can also choose to return your entire order. And click on "CONFIRM RETURN".
You'll receive a return receipt email confirmation.
4- a. for orders delivered to the European Union or the United States: stick the free return label provided with your initial order (Colissimo, UPS or FedEx). Then:
- Colissimo returns: drop your package off at the nearest post office
- UPS returns: refer to the documents attached to your order to find a UPS Access Point near or click HERE. If you do not have access to UPS Access Points in your country, request a courier using the telephone number specified on the documents attached to your order.
- FedEx returns: drop your package off at a FedEx access point or schedule a courier pick up. Our customer service is available to assist you with finding the list of access points or scheduling a pick up.
Please keep proof of postage and tracking reference of your return facilitate tracking of the return to our warehouse if needed.
If you've lost your return label, please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you.
b. for orders delivered to any other destinations: download and print the return note and return label created at step 3.
Then, place all the items you selected to return, including the return note, into the container and seal it. Make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container. Stick the return label securely to the outside of the package. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached. Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL Express point or schedule a pickup by a DHL courier. All instructions are available through the return note.
5- upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund you provided that the return conditions are respected. The refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering withing 7 working days.
